Paula Robison

Paula Robison is Board President and CEO of Golden Rule Charity, a national 501(c)(3) dedicated to the mission to  support those in the restaurant and hospitality industry during times of need through grant fulfillment, corporate  fundraising, sponsorships, and donor relations. As a legacy board member, she stepped in to take the helm of  Golden Rule Charity when the organization sadly lost their founder to cancer. Robison is passionate about the  hospitality industry, as is evident in her volunteer work spanning over 20 years in support of the hardworking  individuals and small business owners.  
Throughout her tenure with American Express and American Express Global Business Travel, Paula’s corporate  leadership enabled her to lead global teams, grow business and negotiate and retain key clients in both the Retail  and Corporate Travel industries. She’s a savvy motivator of high-performing and multidisciplinary global team  members. Her hallmarks also include delivering innovative tech-driven solutions and achieving long term  revenue growth and profitability. Collaborative leadership of cross-functional teams including product  development, technology, operations, strategic consulting, commodity sourcing, finance, pricing and legal has  been critical to her success.

Not  only are some of our fondest memories created over an amazing meal with friends and family or during  that special trip, but the hospitality industry is also often the first to help their communities in times of crisis. 
Philanthropic support has a meaningful impact on the hospitality industry’s future and goes toward supporting a  workforce we all rely on by keeping productivity up, turnover down and patrons happy. Beneficiaries receive  support for qualified expenses such as housing, transportation, and medical needs when impacted by  unanticipated hardship, whether it’s a family emergency or natural disaster so they can focus on work. Our  leadership team has over 100 years of combined experience in the hospitality industry, possessing a level of  proficiency to connect donors and sponsors directly with members of our industry.
