Paula Robison is Board President and CEO of Golden Rule Charity, a national 501(c)(3) dedicated to the mission to support those in the restaurant and hospitality industry during times of need through grant fulfillment, corporate fundraising, sponsorships, and donor relations. As a legacy board member, she stepped in to take the helm of Golden Rule Charity when the organization sadly lost their founder to cancer. Robison is passionate about the hospitality industry, as is evident in her volunteer work spanning over 20 years in support of the hardworking individuals and small business owners.
Throughout her tenure with American Express and American Express Global Business Travel, Paula’s corporate leadership enabled her to lead global teams, grow business and negotiate and retain key clients in both the Retail and Corporate Travel industries. She’s a savvy motivator of high-performing and multidisciplinary global team members. Her hallmarks also include delivering innovative tech-driven solutions and achieving long term revenue growth and profitability. Collaborative leadership of cross-functional teams including product development, technology, operations, strategic consulting, commodity sourcing, finance, pricing and legal has been critical to her success.
