Optimize your FEST experience
Checking in @ FEST
- Please find parking in first available spaces. We will have a designated area for ADA/Handicap parking.
- If lot is full upon arrival, please see parking map below for our overflow lot.
- Please make your way to the front check-in area. There will be four attendants waiting to check you in via Eventbrite scanner.
- After getting your ticket scanned, you will head to FEST BADGE PICK-UP to retrieve your day-of badge credentials. At this point you are free to roam FEST. Concourse will open promptly @ 11 + will close @ 3pm prior to the 6th Annual Pitch Contest

Below is a trusty site map for your convenience. The entire parking lot will be available for attendees including the spots belonging of our parking lot neighbors, Irvine Electronics.
Should the lot be filled, "overflow" parking will be available within the Pacific Dental Services lot located on the corner of Alton + Gillette.

I RSVP'ed via Meetup.com, do I still need to buy a ticket?
Yes. All persons wanted to attend Eureka FEST on the day-of are required to purchase a ticket prior to arriving. If you do not purchase one ahead of time, you can buy on the day-of. However, please note that there are no promo codes or discounts given for day-of ticket sales.

How do I know who is speaking when on the day-of?
We will have ample signage presented at each entry point for attendees. Additionally, all attendee badges will have a copy of the schedule available to them on the backside of their credentials.
