​Jasmine Spearing-Bowen is the startups and innovation reporter at the Orange County Business Journal. She is originally from Saskatchewan, Canada, but has lived all over the U.S., including in North Dakota, Hawaii, and Arizona. She has a Master’s degree from the Cronkite School at Arizona State University, and currently lives in Newport Beach with her husband Derek, and her dog, Luna.
