Domitilla Caputo

Domitilla Caputo is the Head of SAP.iO Foundry San Francisco which is a no-equity ask startup accelerator for SAP, the market leader in enterprise application software. In her role, Domitilla designs and leads programs that bring innovations from the startups to SAP's customers and has helped connect startups with some of the world’s largest corporations. She is also the creator of SAP.iO Tech Advisory, a community of 50+ leaders from SAP customers who meet and advise SAP.iO portfolio companies.

Domitilla is passionate about helping early stage startups scale, with a particular focus on women and underrepresented entrepreneurs. In 2021, Domitilla was selected to participate in SAP's first Pro-Bono for Economic Equity program to consult and support the operations of a Black-owned business. She is also a mentor for several communities focused on empowering women in the workspace. Prior to joining SAP, Domitilla worked internationally across Europe and Canada in multiple roles managing business development and commercial relationships with strategic accounts in the retail and advertising industries, including REI, IKEA, and Vodafone.
