Optimize your FEST experience


Checking in @ FEST


  • ​Please find parking in first available spaces. We will have a designated area for ADA/Handicap parking. 
  • If lot is full upon arrival, please see parking map below for our overflow lot. 
  • Please make your way to the front check-in area. There will be four attendants waiting to check you in via Eventbrite scanner. 
  • After getting your ticket scanned, you will head to FEST BADGE PICK-UP to retrieve your day-of badge credentials. At this point you are free to roam FEST. Concourse will open promptly @ 12 + will close @ 4pm prior to the 5th Annual Pitch Contest

Social Networking @ FEST

We will be utilizing iNK Digital Networking at FEST! This will help you network easier, faster + more efficiently. 

A few simple steps before coming will allow you to exchange your business cards digitally, find better connections, consolidate the info you get, and build upon those relationships all under one roof! We highly recommend setting up your profile BEFORE coming into the event. 


​iNK Sign-Up (Before Eureka FEST)
  • Download the app "iNK Digital Networking" via Google Play or iTunes
  • Create an account + setup your business card
  • When setting up your business card, don't forget to include your own keyword affiliations i.e: OCtechrecruiting, biomedicalinvestor, etc.
  • Once completed you're all set to start sharing your contacts, hosting events + connecting with other iNK-ers
  • RSVP by going to Eureka FEST in the "event" tab of your iNK app + clicking "RSVP" 

Discussion Tab (Use DURING Eureka FEST)
  • Please access discussion board via the Eureka Fest Event Page in iNK
  • We will be engaging audience feedback on current panels or information

Parking @ FEST

Below is a trusty site map for your convenience. The entire parking lot will be available for attendees including the spots belonging of our parking lot neighbors, Irvine Electronics.

​Should the lot be filled, "overflow" parking will be available within the Pacific Dental Services lot located on the corner of Alton + Gillette.

FEST FAQ'S

How can I register for Eureka FEST? 
Please head over to our "Tickets" table on the left side navigation or you can head to
www.eurekaon.com/tickets
I RSVP'ed via Meetup.com, do I still need to buy a ticket? 
Yes. All persons wanted to attend Eureka FEST on the day-of are required to purchase a ticket prior to arriving. If you do not purchase one ahead of time, you can buy on the day-of. However, please note that there are no promo codes or discounts given for day-of ticket sales. 
How do I know who is speaking when on the day-of? 
We will have ample signage presented at each entry point for attendees. Additionally, all attendee badges will have a copy of the schedule available to them on the backside of their credentials. 

Am I still able to submit to pitch or demo? 
All pitch + demo applications are now closed.
