Brad Costello currently serves as Venture Partner for Okapi Venture Capital locally in Orange County.

Brad has been active in private equity, company building, and strategy work for the past 16 years. He currently participates as equity holder in four technology companies. Prior to that, Costello held executive/officer positions in three Fortune companies, Pillsbury, PepsiCo, and Office Depot. Those roles included global staff, US operating and M&A integration responsibilities. He began his career at FedEx during its formative years, starting in corporate finance and culminating in staff matrix responsibility for domestic US ground operations. Brad Costello has a BBA in Finance from University of Memphis.
